This is the second attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 arising out of F. No. NCB/PZU/V/13/2019 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 2, 20, 25 & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Perused the report received from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Incharge, West Champaran. Bettiah as contained in letter no. 3379/2021. On perusal of the report, it appears that the case is running for defence argument and the learned trial court is expecting to conclude the trial within a period of three months.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this court is not inclined to entertain the present application which has been filed

This application is being disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
