Patna High Court MJC No.2876 of 2016 dt.04-07-2024 2/2 encroached land was a subject matter of civil dispute. Jurisdictional Civil Court, namely, Sub Judge-I at Patna City, Patna, has decreed Title Suit No.39 of 2008 in favour of certain persons. Against the Decree and Judgment, appeal has been filed and it is pending consideration.
