The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the IPC. It is a case of assault upon the informant side causing them injuries It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class or successor Court, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S.
