20-08-2018 On going through the show cause filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda wherein it is stated that the case of the petitioner was investigated was not found true, and accordingly a report was submitted in the concerned court in connection with Nalanda (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 115/2015, in the opinion of this court, no case for contempt is made out.

Accordingly, this contempt application stands dismissed.
