Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that Mahendra Mandal had taken the informant's father from his home but thereafter he did not return back.
It is alleged that all accused persons might have killed his father for the reason that the informant's father did not go to accused person's place for doing work of labour. Submission is that Mahendra Mandal is said to have

No.29374 of 2017 (4) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 called and taken away the informant's father except suspicion raised by the informant there is no other material against the petitioners and Mahendra Mandal and Basuki Mandal have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 6.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26734 of 2017 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court and the case of the petitioners stands on better footing. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Ganga Ram Mandal, Bhola Mandal and Bipin Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No.48 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
