2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barabar Tourist P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the regular bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27014 of 2023.

4. The trial is on the verge of completion as all the prosecution witnesses have been examined as has been submitted by learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2, Sri. Ganesh

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction about the stage of trial.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
