2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking quashing of the portion of the order relating to the publication of the non-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11142 of 2025 dt.28-07-2025 2/3 selected candidate list for the post of Female Supervisor in Patna District, comprising candidates working as Anganbari Sevika who have not completed the requisite criteria. It is further submitted that, for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have filed representations before the District Programme Officer, Patna; the Chairman, District Level Selection Committee-cum-District Magistrate, Patna; the Director, ICDS, Bihar; as well as the Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna. However, no decision has been taken on their representation till date. Consequently, the petitioners have been constrained to approach this Court by way of the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter pertains to the selection of Female Supervisors among the Anganbari Sevika, for which the relevant rules have already been framed under the "Appointment of Anganbari Supervisor Guidelines, 2010.

4. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before respondent no. 3, namely, the Chairman, District Level Selection Committee-cumDistrict Magistrate, Patna, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation,

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
