The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kajraulichak P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the family affairs of either Himanshu Kumar or Soni Kumari. Petitioner is in inimical term with the father of said Soni Kumari as the nephew of this petitioner had earlier lodged Kajraili P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017. Petitioner did not participate in any Panchayati. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29423 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraulichak P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Manish/- U T
