The petitioners are in custody in connection with Case No. C2-267 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 69 ltrs of Nepali Saufi wine was recovered from the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 28.05.2019.

Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. C2-267 of 2019.
