JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is claiming the amount of Rs. 10,12,470/- for the work he has completed under the agreement. Vide Agreement No. 06F2/2013-14 dated 09.05.201 he was assigned the work of renovation of internal electric wiring and electrical installation in Collecteriate building cum Krishi Bhawan at Ara and of the delayed payment of the amount. As per the case of the petitioner, he was allotted work of renovation of electrical wiring and electrical installation of the

As per claim of the petitioner he has completed the same and has submitted his bill but the payment has not been made Let the petitioner move to the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar who will examine the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same within three months from the date of order.

If the Secretary finds favour with the petitioner, he will release the fund of the admitted dues to the petitioner within said period but if it will respond otherwise that first to the interest of the petitioner, he will be obliged to give notice and pass a reasoned order .
