2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the case for moving before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 20.03.2013 passed in Case No. 27 of 2013 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saharsa.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits expeditiously and disposed off within the statutory period.
