Taking into consideration that confessional statement of petitioner was recorded and on the basis of confessional statement of this petitioner as well as other accused, dead body of the deceased was recovered, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No. 443 of 2012, pending in the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Begusarai stands rejected.
