Petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 243 litres Nepali Saufi liquor has been recovered from Santro Car. The Petitioner is said to be driver of the said car.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. He has no concern with the aforesaid Nepali liquor. He is in custody since 18.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42677 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.107 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
