2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 580 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 34(2) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.

3. It has been alleged that the petitioner is a quack and was running a nursing home and in his nursing home, a child has died during the course of treatment.

4. Though, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has argued this case vehemently but this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63193 of 2024(5) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail in the concerned Court below within four weeks from today.
