2. The petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher.
3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.60.2025 bearing Memo No. 1526 issued by the Director, Primary Education, Government of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11031 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Bihar, Patna/ respondent No. 3 whereby the petitioner's services as Panchayat Teacher at Primary School, Gachi Tola, Bela Simari, District-Khagaria has been terminated and by which order it has been stated that the respondent No. 11 has a better claim.
4. Since the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher and the matter agitated in the writ petition pertains to the service condition of the Panchayat Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in CWJC No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above direction.
