The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Gaurichak P.S. Case No.295 of 2016, corresponding to Special (POSCO) Case No. 187 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 354, 354(3)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POSCO Act and 66 of IT Act.

As per allegation petitioner has misbehaved the victim girl, namely, Ritika Kumari, took photograph in mobile and circulated in the social media degrading her prestige. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders
