JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 The present application has been listed at the behest of the petitioners for modification of the order dated 21.01.2016 to the extent that petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 6 namely Mukhlal Manjhi, Bandhu Manjhi and Lallu Manjhi have been were directed to be released in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 but it appears that by inadvertence, the name of petitioner no.6, Lallu Manjhi could not be incorporated in the order.

In the circumstance, the order dated 21.01.2016 stands modified to the extent that "petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 6 be released on bail" instead of petitioner nos. 1 and 4 be released
