2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 349 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 30.06.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3148 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.03.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. It appears that the petitioner has neither complied

No. 3148 of 2024 nor he has filed modification application for modify the aforesaid order and he has filed the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail.
