JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner under the one time settlement policy of the B.S.F.C. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, I direct the respondent no. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today.

It is needless to state that the issue as to whether the petitioner falls within a category-A or category-B, is left open to be decided by the respondent no.2.

In order to facilitate quick disposal of the representation
