Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was posted as permanent part time lecturer in the Maharaja Law College and a show cause notice has been issued against him for termination of his services due to non-existence of the College for which he was appointed, therefore, it was wrong on the part of the University. He further submits that the wages of the petitioner has not been paid to him since 2020.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks' before the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim and the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It is made clear that the Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
