====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 400, 401, 201 and 216-A of Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Police raided the house of Chhotelal Yadav and recovered Rs.90,000/-. He was apprehended by the Police. He disclosed the name of petitioner along with other accused. It is further alleged that Police raided the house of petitioner and recovered one Motorcycle and Mobile Phone. The recovered Motorcycle belongs to one Bramha Lal Paswan. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Chhote Lal Yadav has already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42722 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.6.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 37195 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
