Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- (a) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 11/06/2020 passed by Zonal Manager (Appellate Authority), whereby and whereunder the appeal under regulation 23 of Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulation, 2017 has been rejected and the order dated 21/10/2019 passed by the Senior Divisional Manager, Patna Division -II terminating the agency of the petitioner along with forfeiture of the entire commission in respect of all policies effected under the agency by the petitioner has been affirmed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2831 of 2021 dt.14-12-2021 2/2 (b) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 09/10/2018 whereby and whereunder, agency of petitioner has been terminated udner sub rule 1(b) of regulation 16 of the LIC of India (Agents) Regulation 2017 by the Sr. D. M. Patna-2.
(c) For any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court deems fit."
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to challenge the order dated 06.04.2021, passed by Chairman, Life Corporation of lndia which was passed during pendency of this writ petition before appropriate forum.
