2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. According to F.I.R., daughter of informant disappeared from her rented house on 23.7.23. When informant tried to locate her, he came to learn that she used to talk to a person whose mobile No. is 7480961214. Informant suspects that the aforesaid mobile number holder enticed his daughter for the purpose of marriage. It is further alleged that informant was threatened from mobile No. 9508461573 for demand of money.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she on her own will left the house for going to Deoghar. Victim has not alleged anything wrong against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions and District Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P. S. Case No. 405 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
