The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.86 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul.

Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Considering the fact that the victim girl is a minor and that she is still traceless, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
