2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he produced the admission register of Middle School, Basantpur, Supaul for the verification of the age of Md. Arbaj, a juvenile in conflict with law and after verification, it was found that the age of the student was reduced by tampering with the date of birth by cutting the date of birth of the student on each page of the admission register and whitener was also used in the register.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner took over charge of Headmaster of Middle School, Bairia Kamal, Basantpur, Supaul on 01.02.2015 and the alleged occurrence of admission of juvenile Md.Arbaj is 07.06.2010, during the tenure of the then Headmaster namely Md. Lukman, who put his signature on the admission register and thereafter, petitioner took over charge of Headmaster of the school on 01.02.2015 and as such, petitioner has not committed any interpolation, rather he has produced the records, which were handed over to him by his predecessor Headmaster. Moreover, petitioner is already retired from the service, as Headmaster of the school, and has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Birpur, District - Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46756 of 2023(13) dt.07-05-2024 3/3 Code of Criminal Procedure.
