JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 81/2012 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the IPC. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the sister of the informant, namely, Sangita Gupta, was married to accused Amit Kumar Gupta on 11.07.2007 according to Hindu rituals and after the marriage, she started living in her matrimonial home but after six months, the accused persons started demanding cash of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28037 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/3 50,000/- and a motorcycle and on account of non-fulfilment of the said demand, the accused persons used to commit cruelty against her and ultimately on 01.02.2011, the informant came to know that his sister was burnt to death by the accused parsons including the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the married sisters-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 81/2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 593/2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Camp Court, Hilsa, Nalanda, subject to the conditions as laid
