2. The Circle Officer, Hilsa has been approached by the petitioner on 20.05.2022 for removal of an alleged encroachment.

3. The Circle Officer, Hilsa is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and act in accordance with law. If he finds any encroachment on the land in question then he will initiate a proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 decide the same after hearing all the concerned parties. This exercise must be done within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
