2. The petitioners apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S Case No. 708 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, and 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioners and the co-accused is to assault the informant's brother by means of iron rod with intention to kill.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner no. 1 has got no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48503 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 but petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and case diary, it appears that the is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather it is general and omnibus.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S Case No. 708 of 2023 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
