Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court directs the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah, to dispose the petition dated 19.03.2019 filed under Section 152 of the C.P.C., as contained in Annexure-8, which is still pending before him. In such view of the matter, the Additional

Patna High Court CWJC No.2694 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah, is directed to dispose of the the petition dated 19.03.2019 filed under Section 152 of the C.P.C., within a period of six weeks from today. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
