Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26.04.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18502 of 2017 order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43605 of 2016 was modified extending the period of surrender for three weeks from that date regarding the surrender of the petitioners in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016, but inadvertently in place of SDJM, Dehri, SDJM, Bikramganj typed and due to that reasons, petitioners could not be surrendered before the extended period. As such, the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43605 of 2016 be modified by extending four weeks more to surrender the petitioners in the court below.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27966 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43605 of 2016, the name of the court concerned be read as "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri" in place of "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj" and the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43605 of 2016, this application stands disposed of.
