The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 192 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and final form has already been submitted. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
