====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18457 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error in address of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 stated as son of Dharmveer Sharma @ Dharam Vir has been mentioned in place of Late Dharmveer Sharma @ Dharam Vir, and in place of the son of the petitioner No. 2, son of Dayanand Kashyap has been mentioned in place of Late Dayanand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47648 of 2022(2) dt.19-10-2022 2/2 Kashyap. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the father of petitioners have died prior to the filing of the present bail petition. So, the present modification petition is bonafide and in the interest of the justice.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the order dated 29.07.2022 be modified to the extent that in order of 29.07.2022 one of the condition was, one of the bailor must be the father of the petitioners, in place of that one of the bailor must be the family member/brother of the petitioners.

The order dated 29.07.2022 is modified only to the aforesaid extent.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
