2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 310(2) of BNS.

3. According to the allegation, some unknown miscreants entered the house of the informant at the point of pistols and robbed cash and ornaments.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedents. Nothing was recovered from their possession. Their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45629 of 2025(4) dt.23-12-2025 2/2 names have figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Baidnath Sahni, who merely stated that the petitioner gave him Rs. 40,000 on hypothecation of gold ornaments. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, Sri Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
