2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 762 of 2022 instituted under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 lodged on 13.10.2022 by the informant, Vikash Kumar Ranjan.

3. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench on 28.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 4077 of 2023. Instead of surrendering and seeking bail, a fresh anticipatory bail application has been filed.

4. Accordingly, the same is once again rejected.

5. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is requested to submit a report as to how a person whose anticipatory bail stands rejected on 28.04.2023 is roaming free

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54237 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 and once again invoked the jurisdiction of this Court for anticipatory bail. Report to come within four weeks.

6. Let the matter come up under the heading 'To be Mentioned' for perusal of the report after four weeks on 25.10.2024.
