Case No.7 of 2014 dated 20.01.2014 registered inter alia under Sections 419, 420, 487, 488 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as also Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act. The allegations made in the first information report do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this
