The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 24 litres of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 8.4.2022(Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2021. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the liberty

Case no. 308 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
