It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after the order under contempt was passed, the Certificate Officer has passed final order by which fine has also been imposed.

Be that as it may, since the consideration has already been accorded, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

Patna High Court MJC No.592 of 2015 (3) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.

However, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed against him in appropriate legal proceedings.
