The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No.652 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 427, 384 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence and the allegations leveled against him are false and fabricated.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22810 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.652 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
