The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the police having recovered one country made loaded pistol from the house of the petitioner when the police had raided the said house. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, in which he is on bail, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. In any case, it is submitted that the petitioner has been incarcerated suitably in the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42771 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 case, inasmuch as he is languishing in custody since 11.2.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019.
