2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 305, 306 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner being the teacher of the minor girl is accused of inciting her to commit suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 20.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46405 of 2023(4) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
