2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Majrul Haque Nagar P.S. Case No. 199 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 21.05.2026, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner assaulted the informant with a lathi, rod and sword, as a result of which he sustained injuries. Doctor has found the injuries to be grievous. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedents.
