====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with C.R.C. (0) No. 8 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 18(c), 18(A) b(ii), 28, 36AC and 27 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, cofrex-C Syrup 01, Diazepam Injection 80 Pc, Buprenorphine injection 80 Pc and Nitravet 150 Tab were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that she is a lady and she was working for earning her livelihood by doing trivial work. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-I, Madhubani in connection with C.R.C. (0) No. 8 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that she is involved in any other case except the present one, her bail bond shall not be accepted. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
