In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation stating that all admissible dues of the petitioner were paid to him in the year 2005 itself and copy of the affidavit having been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.08.2016, but thereafter, despite repeated adjournments taken by the petitioner, no rejoinder having been filed, the Court can only presume that nothing more remains to be paid by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12422 of 2015 (9) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 respondents to the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
