The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No.130 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, one Pankaj Kumar is said to have given a dagger blow to the nephew of the informant resulting into his death and the petitioner has been indicted with working as guide in the occurrence.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is by profession teacher and has no criminal antecedent. No overt act has been attributed to him. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation as made against the petitioner, the above named
