2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner he is in custody since 19.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, 8, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023.
