The present writ application is filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction/order commanding the respondents to make the payment of differential balance/arrears/differential amount appropriately within a reasonable period of time to the petitioner, who is a retired Redesignated Demonstrator, Depart-

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.5 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim. Respondent no.5 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order. 5.
