The petitioner, by way of filing the present writ application, has claimed differential amount of pay and allowances, including the arrears of salary, pursuant to Annexure-2, by which the calculation chart towards arrears of salary and differential amount has been prepared and sent by the Principal of Bali Ram Bhagat College, Samastipur. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be filing a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5-the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3012 of 2021(2) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 5 may be directed to dispose his representation within a prescribed period.

Learned Counsel for the University has no objection if such direction is issued by this Court.

Regard being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim, the present writ application is disposed with permission to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5-the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga within a period of four weeks from today, and if such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 5the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, shall dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.

Needless to say if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
