Lastly, prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16561/2022.

It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 18.07.2022. Petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
