The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of robbery (cash and mobile phones) from the shop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has come on his own confessional statement. Nothing has recovered from his possession. No T.I.P. parade has been done, not arrested from the spot. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 122 of 2021, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
