This is an appeal under Section 14(A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the "SC/ST Act") against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.06.2018 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Purnea in Special (POCSO) Case No.61 of 2018, arising out of Kasba Police Station Case No.103 of 2018 registered under Sections 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and and Section 3 (i) (xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, his prayer against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail is refused and accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed.
